Straw yellow wine. On the nose it is possible to perceive very original hints of melon, almond, broom flowers and mint. In the mouth it has an excellent flavor and a moderate freshness, excellent persistence and taste-olfactory correspondence.
Coda di Pecora

Intense yellow color. The nose is dominated by hints of fresh fruit, broom flowers and mint.
On the palate it is dry, rightly warm, has a good flavor and a fair freshness. Excellent persistence.
Excellent in combination with shellfish, it deserves to be tried also in accompaniment to battered vegetables, buffalo mozzarella from Campania and spaghetti with mussels and clams.
Pallagrello Nero

Ruby red color. The nose is dominated by hints of fresh fruit, followed by those of almond, broom and violet flowers. On the palate it has an excellent flavor and a good softness of the tannins. Balanced and persistent wine.
Excellent in combination with second courses of meat, it goes very well with stewed rabbit.
Casavecchia

Harvesting period: first half of october
Avarage production per vintage: 6.000 bottles
Ruby red wine with slightly purple reflections. The nose dominates the hints of ripe red fruit and those of wild berries; then follows the intense aroma of violet. On the palate it is fresh, fruity, with velvety tannins and good structure. Excellent persistence.
Excellent in combination with red meats, it also goes perfectly with a mixed grill and mature cheeses.
Casavecchia
Terre del Volturno – IGP

Vineyard density: 4000 vites/ha
Harvesting yield per hectare: 80 quintals
Harvesting period: first/second decade of september
Avarage production per vintage: 3.500 bottles
Ruby red colour. The nose is intense; the dominant notes of red fruit are followed by those of withered roses and violets, with distinct hints of nutmeg and cinnamon and hints of minerals. On the palate it is soft, with tannins present but velvety. Balanced and persistent wine.
Excellent in combination with elaborate meat dishes, it is also ideal to accompany mature hard cheeses.
